DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather data from various HR systems and sources, including but not limited to employee records, performance evaluations, payroll, and recruitment metrics. Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide HR metrics and insights to stakeholders, such as senior management and department heads. Collaborate with HR team members to create actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Conduct research on HR trends, benchmarking data, and emerging technologies to support informed decision-making
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Has experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R, with the ability to learn new software as needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Has communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
