DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex IT systems and software applications. Support UAT, BVT, PIV. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and timelines. Design and execute automated testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and user experience. Document test procedures, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Mentor and support junior members of the testing team, providing guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) as a software tester or quality assurance engineer, with a focus on IT systems and applications. Strong understanding of Cloudera (Impala or Hue). Strong understanding in Macro/VBA. Strong knowledge in SQL. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Having knowledge in Banking or willing to work in Banking.
