DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Trade Marketing Strategy: Define trade activity to support the sales team in achieving the sales objective efficiently Mapping the market investment needs based on internal and external data analysis. Assist in developing trade marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's overall marketing and sales objectives. Ensuring the channel margin improvement through Effective and Efficiency trade investment. Retailer and Distributor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other trade stakeholders. Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, joint promotions, and trade support programs. Merchandising and In-Store Marketing: Lead in planning and executing in-store merchandising and promotional activities. Ensure brand visibility, product placement, and the effectiveness of in-store marketing materials. Trade Promotions: Develop and execute trade promotion programs to drive sales and meet sales targets. Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and recommend improvements. Market Research and Analysis: Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights to support trade marketing decision-making. Product Training: Assist in providing product training and sales support to retail and distributor teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product portfolio. Customer and Product Analysis: Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and preferences to inform targeted marketing and sales efforts. Assess product performance and recommend adjustments or product development based on data insights. Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on trade marketing performance, sales metrics, and ROI of trade marketing initiatives. Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and provide the insight and learning based on robust internal and external data analysis. Streamline and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Practical, applied and highly authoritative but non-theoretical knowledge of specialized methods and processes gained by on the job experience or part professional qualification. Performance or supervision of related activities that is precise as to content and objective and requiring awareness of related activities. Interaction with others typically requires social skills and the ability to understand and influence. Work requires the consideration of future implications beyond the immediate problem and is not closely supervised.
