DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide end-user support to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve IT related hardware or application issues
Provide technical support and guidance to users of IT infrastructure
Install and configure software and hardware for laptop/desktop assignment
Daily server operational support and maintenance for VMware servers
Collaborate with Group-IT focusing on IT-related projects setup, troubleshooting issues when necessary
Ensure IT support request tickets in service portal are resolved within agreed SLA
Provide IT induction for on-board staffs and to perform clearance for off-board staffs
Ensure compliance of policies, processes and standards
Liaise with vendors to get quotations and procure IT hardwares which includes providing proposal for recommended system tools
Maintain good working relationship with all vendors to ensure that service received meet expected requirement listed in the contract
Maintain and update existing assets inventory and IT documentations
Document processes and creation of support manual
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant working experience
Minimum 3 years of extensive end-user support, basic network troubleshooting, server administration experience
Highly advantageous to have 1) Microsoft Windows Operating System (Server & Client) / Linux Client Operating System 2) Virtualization experience in using Vmware 3) TCPIP Technology\
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
