DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate raw material and product’s delivery order (DO) among customer’s representatives, marketing department, logistic department and third-party logistic companies. Arrange trucks and delivery time schedule Track delivery status and reporting to the managers and the teams Manage databases and filing Answer customers inquiries Help preparing invoices and tax receipts Willing to travel to clients’ worksites or office Regularly liaise with factory about production schedule and inventory level
REQUIREMENT

Level of education: S1 graduate IPK: 2.25 or above Preferred age: 29 years old or below Must be able to speak Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin and some English. Flexibility and adaptability to work extra hours and during weekends to meet delivery deadlines and tracking delivery status Able to use WeChat and Whatsapp to communicate round the clock with the teams and customers Ability to work on your own initiative Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills Microsoft / MS Office
