Socialize new policies, changes, directions, approvals, etc. to Business Managers to ensure consistency of implementations. Provide guidance of employee annual KPI, mid-year review and year-end review. Analyze the effectiveness of KPI and propose changes based on policy & schedule. Collaboration with Business Head to recommend ad- hoc retentions / compensation adjustment & review. Liaise with Business Head to identify successor and talent mapping. Conduct exit interview and exit clearance based on exit process and procedure.
