DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle complaints and issues related to the applications and assist in resolving the issues. Regularly do maintenance and checks on check the company’s external and internal systems or applications. Documenting all user requests related to the new application development or application issues. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving system/software faults. Supporting the roll-out of new application.
REQUIREMENT

Graduation from D3/ S1 in IT Background. Have experience 1 years or more in IT application support position. Good knowledge with ERP system. Understand SDLC. Have good leadership, Good Attitude, multi-tasking. Familiar with database system and basic SQL query. Familiar with Macro Microsoft Excel.
