Solution Selling: Provide consultative sales experiences, integrating Laser TV technology with professional audio systems (Surround Sound, Hi-Fi) to offer a "Turnkey Private Cinema" solution. VIP Client Management: Directly manage inquiries and demonstrations for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), ensuring a premium end-to-end service. Market Intelligence: Monitor the landscape of premium display competitors (Micro-LED, etc.) and high-end projector brands o refine Hisense’s value proposition in Indonesia.
Audio-Visual Expertise (Must have): Minimum 5 years of sales experience in high-end Home Theater, Hi-Fi audio, Projector or Professional AV. Deep knowledge of premium audio brands and their integration with visual displays. Technical literacy in AV standards: 4K/8K Resolution, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, and acoustic calibration. Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus for communicating with HQ. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
