Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Human Resource Management from reputable universities At least 5 years of working experience as Head of Human Resources (preferably with experience in Hospital / Healthcare industry) Experience in human resource activity including general HR administration, recruitment, payroll detail and tax, employee benefit, BPJS, Insurance, Manpower law, HR operation, HR policies and processing, and good reporting Capable to handling recruitment, compensation benefit and HR operation Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation Smart, hard worker, open minded and well maintain team & employees Fluent in English both Oral and Written Willing to be placed in all Brawijaya Hospital units (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang)
