Prepare monthly tax calculation and reconciliation for Income Tax (Article 21, 23, and 4(2)) and VAT Prepare and submit monthly tax returns, tax payments, and supporting documentation accurately and on time Assist in tax audits, SP2DK processes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and timely submission of monthly and annual tax reports Monitor updates in Indonesian taxation regulations and assess potential impacts on company operations Manage and maintain company tax records and databases Reconcile tax accounts with general ledger and ensure tax reporting accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 2 years of experience as Tax Staff or similar role, preferably in technology, e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced industries Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 4(2), corporate tax compliance) Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet (lookup functions, pivot table, reconciliation process) Experienced in operating e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot Unifikasi, DJP Online, and related tax systems Understanding of accounting principles, general ledger, and financial statements Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tax reporting timelines
