Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with common IT support tools and software Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
