Mastering knowledge and information related to the luxury brands and sharing to respected customers Delivering standard service excellence to customers based on brand guidelines Establishing and developing relationships with new and regular customers Maintaining customer database and preferences (CRM) Contributing to sales by achieving individual and boutique targets Supporting daily boutique operations and customer handling Performing and maintaining daily stock inventory Ensuring boutique SOP & Service Excellence are executed properly Supporting opening & closing checklist and boutique readiness (display, cleanliness, manpower) Handling customer concerns according to service guidelines and escalating issues when needed
At least have a Diploma’s / Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academy or university Have minimum 1–2 years of experience as Retail Sales / Client Advisor (luxury retail background is a plus) Have strong customer-oriented mindset with hospitality-driven attitude Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional manner Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated in achieving sales goals Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Willing to learn new tasks and support cross-division collaboration when needed Willing to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays
