Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You will be responsible to manage end to end of several corporate finance advisory projects (M&A, capital rising, restructuring, preparation of IPO) You will supervise, coach and review the tasks prepared by associate and senior associate level You will provide regular update to the director / partner level You must have a good project management skill and strong interpersonal skill as a key success factor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Minimum GPA 3.4 of 4.0 Has at least 4-5 years' experience (Ex big four accounting firm will be an advantage) in corporate finance advisory project Has at least 3 years' experience in building financial model Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills Proficient in English, both written and spoken Has accounting or tax qualification will be an advantage Outspoken and having good leadership Able to work in dynamic and mobile working environment.
