DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Experience/familiar with Microsoft365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams). Experience with Power BI (Data Visualization tools) and other related technologies is a plus. Knowledge of Software for digital transformation. Experience working in an international environment. Experience in automation process, design, and implementation of IT project. Experience with process data analysis and IT system integration is valuable. Familiar with RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation tools, Blue Prism, etc), and data integration technologies. Experience in building IT network system infrastructure.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. Minimum 2 years of desktop support or systems administration experience. Proficiency in Windows environments, including fixes, repairs, and hardware-software installations. Understanding of cloud system environments. Ability to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues. Experience with technology lifecycles and refresh processes. Outstanding customer service and communication skills (English & Bahasa). Ability to multitask, answer a call, research solutions, exhaust all resources and coordinate support issues to ensure timely solutions. Ability to communicate and interact effectively as a member of a team, within a global organization, with multiple levels of internal management and staff. Honest, integrity and comply. Experience with software and hardware management.
