Continuously assess and optimize vendor performance, contracts, and agreements to ensure alignment with business goals
Identify potential IT vendors, assess their capabilities, and establish collaborative partnerships that benefit the organization
Lead the vendor selection process, including proposal evaluation, negotiations, and contract management
Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes promptly, finding mutually beneficial resolutions
Drive cost-saving initiatives and explore innovative vendor management practices to optimize expenses and enhance value
Identify and manage potential risks associated with vendor relationships, contract compliance, and security
Ensure vendors comply to our data privacy and compliance standards
Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on vendor performance, cost savings, and vendor-related issues
Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor contracts, agreements, and vendor performance records
Provide coaching and mentorship to Vendor Management team for collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (min. 3 years) in IT vendor management, procurement, or related roles with a track record of leadership
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of vendor contracts
Industry certifications in vendor management are a plus
