DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, WAN accelerators, DNS server and DHCP server based on industry standards and by prioritizing network efficiency and security. - Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas. - Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages, and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken. - Investigate faults in the network and provide Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Corrective Action report. - Conferring with network users about solving existing network problems.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field of study with a network engineering focus. - Minimum three (3) years of experience in network infrastructure - English is MUST (Mandatory) - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, Routing Switching and network hardware including, firewalls, routers, switches and access point. - Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers regardless of the brands. - Responsibility for backup network and disaster contingencies as they affect the APAC networks. - Respond to specified requests from the APC Leadership Team for any network-related issues which impact the business. - CCNA or CCNP an added advantage
