DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and apply for annual budget Make payment and collection Manage Reimbursement Run bookkeeping for project receipts and payments Run bank reconciliation Make internal monthly / annual financial reports Responsible for tax correspondence with tax office Coordinate and manage banks, tax consultant and auditor Cooperate with tax consultant on accounting work (including general journals, general ledgers and monthly/annual financial statements, payroll etc.) Cooperate with tax consultants on tax compliance work (including tax calculation, tax declaration, tax payment and issuance of VAT invoices, etc.) Assist audit firm in annual audit Experience working in a trading company is a plus
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant In-depth understanding of accounting and taxation principles, practices, laws and regulations Experience working in a trading company is a plus Relevant work experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome Advanced / intermediate English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin speaker is preferred Humble, honest, high sense of responsibility Hardworking, proactive, meticulous attention to details Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong self-learning and multi-tasking ability Able to work independently without support Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willing to respond and process after-hours work requests Available for occasional overtime work according to work needs Available for occasional business trips according to work needs
