DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Experience and understand SDWAN Technologies such Cisco, Velocloud, Fortinet, Versa, Meraki Resolve and troubleshoot SDWAN for medium and high complex issue. Support for Network and SDWAN hardware replacement (staging, Reactivation) Coordinate with other operation team to resolve incident issue. Create and maintain technical documentation, e.g. Network topology, Root Cause Analysis, Detail Implementation Plan
REQUIREMENT

SI in IT and/or Electrical Engineering Able to understand medium to complex network configuration (router, switch, server) Have network SDWAN Certification is preferable (NSE4/7, V-SDCA, Cisco CCNP,) Ability to show initiative in solving problems and drive to succeed Excellent team player and possess dynamic, positive attitude Responsible for sharing information and best practices with others Awareness and willingness to get involved and take responsibility for all elements required to bring a positive outcome for the company
