DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Responsible for all aspects in HR & GA 2. Good understanding in Payroll (Salary scale and structure, abstention recapitulation, calculating tax 21, calculating BPJS for both Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) 3. Responsible for managing HRIS data, employee data, operations and employee development, implementation of employee entry, resignation, and regulation 4. Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness 5. 7. Handle recaps of payment of exhibition fees, insurance claims, or other payments
REQUIREMENT

1. Have at least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist Coordinator 2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. (Psychology or Law preferably) 3. Understanding and up-to-date labor laws and disciplinary procedures 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 5. Fast learner, eager to learn, hard-worker
