DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Do recruitment process (posting, sourcing, selecting, interviewing, contract offering and onboarding). Process existing employment agreement, monitor probation or contract status in accordance with school needs and the Indonesian Manpower Law, and coordinate, conduct and supervise probation or contract evaluation. Do personnel management and administration and maintain all documents related to database of employee, recruitment, promotion/ mutation/ rotation/ demotion and training. Develop organization of the school in accordance with school’s vision and mission (Job Description, Job Evaluation, KPI) and prepare a salary structure based on job evaluation. Create or review and share company policies to all employees and conduct school introduction program for new employees.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably Law, Human Resource Administration, Psychology, other related fields) Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Fluent in English Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Experience in HR Operation (payroll, compensation & benefit) Familiarity with HR software & systems, and tools for office management
