DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Understand and be familiar with the features, advantages, and pricing system of the company's product or service. 2. Establish a good cooperative relationship with the stores in charge. 3. Closely monitor market changes and competitor situations to provide suggestions for sales strategies. 4. Achieve and exceed personal sales goals. 5. Fraud risk prevention. 6. Participate in sales meetings and training to improve professional knowledge and skills. 7. Solve issues encountered by customers during the purchasing process and provide high-quality customer service.
REQUIREMENT

1. Education: High school or above. 2. Experience: Over one year of retail store sales experience. Experience in the consumer finance industry is preferred. 3. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to drive oneself. 4. Language: Indonesian required
