DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and develop project opportunities for new construction projects Collaborate closely with MEP consultants during construction design stage Cultivate leads to support and influence design decisions Track and qualify opportunities for large public or commercial sector infrastructure projects Lead the development of key MEP strategic accounts by coordinating with necessary resources Communicate progress and update account status via available sales/CRM systems
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree holder or above Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with successful business development or sales in the construction industry Strong network within the construction industry, especially with key players in target markets Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Independent individual with proactive mindset
