DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring the performance of services and devices at the customer continues to function properly Coordinate with the Network Support Team to check and repair if this occurs problems with our services Reporting regular task updates and device performance status reports continuously Coordinate with the customer person in charge and our internal team Coordinating Network Support Engineer tasks, both technical and administrative
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Network), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent At least have 3 years of working experience in radio or computer networking One year working experience as coordinator / supervisor / leader Have a Cisco Certificate such as CCNA / CCNP Experienced in server backup process and handling Firewall Willing to be placed in offshore and remote area Having a healthy body and healthy eyes Willing to work in elevation area Able to work individually or team and in under pressure situation Have a leadership skill Have the ability to analyze technical problems, draw conclusions and provide recommendations / proposed the solutions. Having knowledge about HSE Fluent in English is a must
