DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Standby / On-call support for customer Will be participating in shifting and roster Assist customers with tech support concerns and challenges, and also recommend solutions to address needs they may have Resolved any trouble ticket escalated to L2 team as within SLA Mentoring L1 to catch up with their knowledge Create MOP before applying any changes
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1+ years experience as L2 Cloud System Engineer with mandatory skill AWS, Linux AWS, Linux, kubectl CLI is highly preferable Troubleshooting in production environment Required Skill(s): AWS Networking, AWS Ecs & AWS Eks, Compute, Storage, Databases, Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Detail and well organize Good communication and good team player Required Skill(s): VMware, vmware horizon, AWS
