DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieving Sales Target Responsible for formulating and improving the company sales management system. Responsible for sales team building and training, effectively training subordinates, supervising, and managing subordinates daily work behavior and guarantee work efficiency. Weekly & Daily briefing and lead all sales team to motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Maintain and nurture existing relationships with distributors and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor, record, analyze and report for every sales activities Handling customer complaints
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably civil engineer Experienced with project and retail sales and familiar with construction / building projects Minimum work experience is 3 years as Sales from building material industry Have good market judgment ability and client pioneering ability, have high work enthusiasm, honest and confident personality, optimistic and enterprising, have good teamwork spirit, able to withstand greater work pressure. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Understand market and area Good communication skill Good negotiation skill Target oriented Able to work under pressure Willing to travel
