DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Have good Skill and knowledge of Electrical Power System in Industrial and Renewable Energy .
Strong focus on targeting new costumer, actively introduce the company's products in accordance with customer needs, and maintaining the existing customer especially key accounts.
Increase sales, set monthly, quarterly to annual targets.
Manage opportunities related to additional orders and future project opportunities.
Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Attend kick of meeting and project evaluation internal and external without exception and handling customer complain.
Attend sales meeting in the office with the main topic is
Provide bi-weekly activity reports to the General Manager Sales cc President Director on the project handled ( Pre-Sales, After Sales )
Project coordination with internal team
Assist the invoicing and payment process from the customer - in coordination with finance with the direction of the Sales & Marketing General Manager
REQUIREMENT
Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering background or another degree with excellent sales experience.
Excellent sales record from similar position with a minimum experience of 2 years in sales.
Knowledge in Batteries product and system, PV Solar (Off Grid and Hybrid), others electrical product such us switchgear, busduct, transformer.
Have a good persuasive and negotiation skill.
Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.
Strong written and spoken English is a must.
Must have a driving license.
Dynamic and have a positive attitude.
Customer focused and result oriented.
Have a good communication skill with all level of people on the company
