• 26-35 years old • Min. bachelor degree from any major • 3 years minimum experienced • Team and management skills • Can operate Excel, PPT, Word • Understand about E-commerce stock, warehouse E-commerce, Assets, and finance E-commerce • Can speak Mandarin will be preferred Job Description: • Managing operation support for members and internal departments • Creating and updating written operations related policies and procedures • Assuring department control/risk mitigation are appropriate and in adherence to regulatory compliance and industry best practices • Analyzing and monitoring accuracy of departmental supply budgets, regulatory compliance, supply and service contracts, also vendor relations • Order, track, and manage supplies and local inventory
