DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Provide first level functional support for Trade systems - Conduct end user training and orientation - Oversee end to end testing of new/enhanced system facilities - Coordinate technical issues with Central IT teams and ensure resolution of issues within the expected lead time
REQUIREMENT

- Graduate of Computer Science or any IT related course - Highly analytical and logical - Exposure to system analysis and design is an advantage - Support experience is an advantage
