DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage day to day operation in the store Ensure all company SOP are well implemented Doing sales analysis (best selling, less selling, average transaction per unit etc) in order to push sales Maintain and arrange merchandise display as per guidelines Control and propose merchandise movement in order to increase store's sales Manage and develop staff Train staffs for excellent customer service Control and do frequently inventory control
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 year of working experience in Retail (SA At least 1 year of working experience in Retail as Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager is required for this position. (SPV UP TO SM) Minimal D3/S1 Preferably specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Excellent analytical skills and working with Excel. Sound communication skills at all levels.
