DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling personel administration (employee database, input absence) Responsible for payroll all employees (PPh 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) Responsible for benefit of employees (medical reimbursement, health insurance, all allowance of employees) Compare, review and maintenance relation with vendors ( payroll system, health insurance, catering, outsourcing , banking and tax consultant)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Able to work in team or individu Able to work under pressure and deadlines Active, Detail oriented, hard worker, honest
