DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct administrative maintenance of client database (CRM)
Prepare drafts of all reportorial requirements of the Account Management Department as directed by General Manager/National Sales Manager
Provide customer service support to the Account Management team by attending to client queries and troubleshooting any minor technical concerns. Escalates urgent concerns of clients to the concerned Account Manager
Manage the filing, storage, and security of documents such as order forms, billing statements, official receipts, and acknowledgment receipts.
Ensure product orders and payments are uploaded accurately into the Order System
Maintain and monitor accurate book inventory
Performs other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager/National Sales Manager from time to time
REQUIREMENT
With Bachelor's degree in any course
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written form)
Highly proficient in the use of various electronic devices
Proficient in the use of different MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Candidate must be willing to report on-site in Makati City
