DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and execute full spectrum of HR. Drafting and execute HR policy Engage internal stakeholders and external vendors for effective recruitment processes. Develop sustainable Human Resource Strategy and drive end to end talent acquisition activities within the targeted timeline. Fulfil manpower request within stipulated turnaround time. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc. Work closely with operations team. Administrative support which include filing, drafting letters, and maintaining HR database and employee information. To assist the company in developing, updating and implementing organization HR process. Assist in handling staff issue for outlet / operations. Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Strong command in written and verbal English language, Mandarin is and advantage to communicate with China counterpart. At least 3-5 years of working experience with Human Resources (HR) roles Has Experience working in regional recruitment is a privilege. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST. Experience in financial industry is added advantage. Good in coordination and communication skills. Detail oriented, multitask and fast learner. A matured team player, resourceful and self-motivated with high integrity. Independent, responsible and aggressive.
