The IT Business Partner/Manager (Projects) will be responsible to the success of the business through the transformation programme by providing program support to the business. The main purpose of the role is to provide continuous support and services via our ERP system. To be successful in this position, you will need to be a self-starter (ability to work without supervision and manage own day to day priorities) with a passion for ERP systems (Netsuite and SAP) and project management. The incumbent should be able to manage several projects parallel to one another across various countries in the region and liaising with the Global IT team to cascade and align projects. You will also need to have proven experience in problem solving and managing a team. Establish the regionally based and global solution for SAP support. Work in the Global Enterprise Solutions team to execute the related projects and manage ongoing deliverables, functional scope and key milestones for the region and its subsidiaries. Provide in-depth technical/business process advice for the module stream, fully engaging with the process to transition the Global Template solution into the SAP. Provide 2nd/3rd level support to the business users via tickets received from ServiceNow – Including service, incident and change requests. Provide functional support for all approved change requests, system enhancements, system maintenance & upgrades. Provide ongoing functional consultancy towards the business in order to translate functional requirements to technical requirements. Work with other functional and technical teams to consider any interdependencies/dependencies relating to the Programme and support including global landscape considerations. Establishes and maintains a highly effective relationship with business representatives across the global and regional ASICS environment. Anticipates, actions and progresses issues as appropriate, ensures follow through to resolution. Provides support before, during and after Go Live to the key user community. Ambassador/leader for the programme and the Regional Enterprise Support team both within ASICS (at all levels of business) and externally Build and maintain communication with business stakeholders from ASICS subsidiaries regionally and globally. Define IT Solutions, standards and protocols for the IT Service Catalogue to be implemented across the region. Partner with IT Manager (Systems) for infrastructure planning and support for the smooth implementation of all IT projects in the region. Any other IT tasks/project assigned.
