Drafts Job descriptions, Job Offer, Job Analyses, Competency Profile, Employee Action Letter/Request etc; Helps Recruitment Team in all hiring/recruitment efforts if need be; Collaborates with the Learning and Development Team if need be; Helps design comprehensive compensation and benefits package, and incentives/bonus programs; Monitors and updates compensation plans, monetary and non-monetary benefits; Keeps track of the prevailing pay rates and ensures to maintain competitive salary and benefits structure; Submits appropriate/reliable reports depending on the need; Recommends/Conducts researches on employee satisfaction/retention programs, employee engagement and O.D initiatives; Tracks and monitors compensation and benefits / Confi-201 records, salary, confidential documents, salary administration data and compben benchmarking data; Assists the SSHE team in the creation of policies and procedures especially on emergency response and evacuation plan; Assists the Safety Department in the strict implementation of all Safety and Health initiatives across the business; Collaborates with the Security Group through the Standard Corporate Security Protocols and ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are aligned within the approved frame work across the business; Recommends and aligns new policies and procedures based on the approved guidelines set by the management in compliance with the minimum set of guidelines from the local government unit. Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as health card or HMO, insurance, retirement, and enrolls workers in specified training programs; Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties; Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, retirement, and other personnel forms and records, using internal data base/system; Audits benefit accounts and examines records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations; Arranges for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention in coordination with the company health workers/professionals such as the Company Nurse, Safety Officer, First Aider and or the SSHE Lead; Supervises all matters pertaining clerical or administrative/sub-con personnel; Supports the labor relations team in terms of admin hearings, document presentation, drafting NTEs and or Notice of Decision etc. Keeps meticulous record of employees in form of 201 files; Prepares and administers Employee Action Request (EAR) and Employee Action Letter (EAL) to document employee’s changes in pay, assignment and/or position according to its effective date for record keeping purposes; Conducts information sessions in relation to compensation and benefits; Assists in carrying out and oversees the end-to-end payroll process across the business (daily and monthly paid) based on a – weekly, bi-monthly, or as scheduled); Assists in ensuring that all payments and mandatory deductions are accurate, complete and properly monitored through the different channels and systems or platform being used; B. Salary and Benefits Management Reports and consolidates payroll data; Keeps all salary and benefits monitoring databases updated from time to time; Carries out all changes, related to salary and benefits, as specified in employee action forms/notices; Resolves payroll queries within the cutoff period; Ensures that employees data required for mandated benefits are accurately reported for mandatory benefit processing; Processes documentation requirements of employees for mandated benefits such as certification for SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG; Conducts salary survey; Processes existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures; Ensures that all benefits / salaries are in accordance with government rules and regulations;
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in 2262 Chino Roces Ave., Extension Makati City. Preferably within the HR Officer capacity and have handled payroll and benefits administration. Full-Time position(s) available.
