Responsible for the implementation of the Class/Session training deck Create training modules based on matrix training plan and related documents Carry out the training process for crew and office employees both in class and online Conduct training for crews on board Responsible for reporting the implementation of deck training to superiors. Evaluating the implementation of training both in class and on board the ship
REQUIREMENT

Min. 5 years experienced in tanker or gas or offshore vessels (Chief Officer/Master) Training to Trainer or IMO Training Course Excellent communication skills
