DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Carry out the employee recruitment process accurately, effectively and on time. Ensuring the placement of employees goes well Handle and manage employee administrative data so that it is stored completely, accurately and confidentially. Handling any requests for information relating to employee personal data Coordinate any information that needs to be announced to employees
REQUIREMENT

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Minimum experience 2 years as Recruiter Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment processes, sourcing tools and techniques. Previous recruitment agency experience is a plus. Good communication skill, teamwork skills, well-organized, and attention to details
