Executing recruitment plans efficiently, preparing job offers and interviewing candidates Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts Networking with various institutions and social media Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation Assist with performance management procedures Handling of administration and record-keeping Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
