Managing human resources to support company operations.
Manage end to end employee recruitment process, including monitoring job applicants, interviewing candidates /employee candidates for all business locations, matters related to employee movement, promotions, employee status.
Ensure job description is available to all employees.
Record employees every month/close financial books and record employee attendance/attendance.
Data on employees related to insurance, benefits, EMPLOYMENT BPJS, and BPJS Kesehatan.
Prepare the assessment of each employee, recapitulation, and evaluate based on the results of existing performance
Prepare needs related to meetings, outings, training, including costs, accommodation, vendors, trainers, and all employees during preparation, implementation, and after activities.
Manage matters related to the general affairs of the company including assets, agreements, company profiles, travel / hotel agents, reimbursement administration, monitoring of general office needs, etc.
Handling Employee Agreements (PKWT, PKWTT)
Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies.
Understand HRD procedural and general employment rules
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is a must
Maximum 27 years old
Experience in handle full cycle of recruitment is an advantage
Administrative expert
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent in administration
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
