DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Controlling and evaluating the implementation of whole HR activities. Control and ensure administrative records, employee data archiving in the HRMS is updated. Execute HR daily operation.
REQUIREMENT

Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Had experience handle : HR Training, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit. Required skill(s): Computer literacy, HRMS / HRIS, Ms. Office. Communicative, hard working, able to work under pressure, and multi tasking.
