DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to control area marketing & promotion activities, stock distribution, sell in-sell out to achieve sales goal Responsible to expand distribution in the respective area Execute and monitor promotion program and activities in accordance with company strategy, budget and regulations Supervise, control and develop beauty advisors Monitor stock and service level in retail stores Develop sales report and analysis
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major. Minimum 2 Years of working experience in area sales and managing Beauty Advisors Required Skill(s): good negotiation skills, data-driven, good analytical thinking Having broad knowledge about sales potential in several areas, preferably in cosmetics and skin care industry Strong leadership and willing to work with high mobility Target and consumer oriented
