Develop Trade Marketing Strategy team in Region area
Translate shopper research to shopper insight for implemented into strategy channel
Integrated Trade Marketing plan and execution in Region
Ensuring Channel Development Management running well and evaluated in Region
Ensuring Trade Marketing Budget effisien and effective as a within the budget approved by management.
Ensuring Trade Marketing funds, supported by reliable, complete evidence, and an approved plan
Analyze and review the result of all trade marketing activities
Formulate (placement) Merchandising and Visibility strategy which is translated into determining the most appropriate type of POSM items, placement according to the decision corridor, & cost effective
Ensuring that the allocation and use of POSM is supported by an effective, timely POSM allocation plan, including accurate inventory control
Developing a Customer Relationship Program to build Customer Loyalty in the region
Ensuring sales & distribution growth in the region
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree- Economic or Management major with minimum GPA 3.0
