DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Setup, installation and deploying of computers
Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
Email and phone communication with customer
Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (if stationed, reporting will be at customer location)
Performing IT Helpdesk support(Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support)
Active directory user account management
Provide administrative support in checklists/reports
Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacement
REQUIREMENT
Basic Experience in IT support, meticulous and able to adapt to different working environments.
