DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct intensive monitoring to the leaders in order to achieve Monitoring activity within Optimus agency activities in order to make sure company Target achieve. Directs and supervises the activities of his agency to ensure the delivery of the strategic sales and agency growth objectives. To assist Agency members in cases both from New Business and Policy Holder Services to related department.
REQUIREMENT

Assist NSD to provide Business Opportunity Presentation to the new Team, and assist AAJI matter and conduct new Agent training trough one on one, classroom. Assist agency leader to do Digital CX Responsible & Support agency leaders in several areas To provide basic sales knowledge to new Agency team To co-ordinate with Training Dept. and implement training and development programs for further development of agency To promote and encourage agency members to attend programs as part of their self- development exercise through self-study etc
