Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Manage Email marketing for JALA newsletter, product update and business promotion
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Collaborate with internal teams to manage website and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
REQUIREMENT
Proven working in digital marketing minimum 3 years experience
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (example: google analytics, WebTrends, Omniture)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
