Make a report to the main director
Responsible for achieving Service & Solution sales business.
Manage and motivate service sales team to deliver desired business results
Design/Implement a sustainable & profitable growth strategy across all areas to drive and grow revenue
Create a plan including opportunity development, competitive strategy, and targets for the service sales team.
Build strong business relationships with users
Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counter strategies.
Train and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships
Maintain current knowledge of their products/solutions/services. Able to present and discuss value propositions and benefits that are relevant to customers.
Maintain up-to-date market and competitor knowledge related to their products/solutions/services.
Representing companies at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products/solutions/services and companies.
Strongly manage sales opportunities and sales execution and risk mitigation plans.
Identify and create new opportunities
Preparing spare parts to be sent
Communicate with the manufacturer if there is a problem
Monitoring work performance
REQUIREMENT
Age maximum 35 years old
Minimum Diploma Degree D3/D4 Electromedical Engineering (ATEM)
Experienced minimum 3 years as Supervisor or Manager
Have knowledge and ability to maintain and repair medical devices
Fluent in english written, reading and spoken
Good Computer Skill
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Having Own Vehicles
Honest,Loyal,Responsible,Ambitious, dicipline, Ability to Work Hard and healty body
