Assess customer requests through an online communication platform and escalate as needed
Follow up on customers’ requirements through an online communication platform
Coordinate and complete customer recruitment advertising content with clients and customers in other countries
Check the contents of the advertisement, ensuring it does not have any discriminative or sensitive content
Style or format requirements and resolve customer requests or queries via email
Check accuracy and quality of information in ad postings based on Seek Asia guidelines
Comply with relevant process flow
Ensure compliance to agreed country SLAs
Ensure advertising content accuracy
REQUIREMENT
At least Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course
Excellent business writing and communication skills
Has initiative, good attention to details and a fast-learner
Good team spirit with a positive attitude
