DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing & Monitoring HR (payroll, personnel administration, recruitment, and training) and General Affair program
Setting up and motivating all employee to do the regular jobs
Setting up HR and GA policies to improve manpower policy in all operational Monitor, coordinate and manage all company legal document
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
Managing, controlling and develop the industrial relationship program
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Coordinate and Close work with Factory Manager
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent Have minimum 10 years’ experience in the same position in manufacturing company Aged 32-40 years old Have a Car Diving license Strong knowledge with Industrial relationship program, Indonesia labor laws and regulations Strong knowledge of HR & GA function Fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to hard work Willing to place at Jakarta / Bekasi
