DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability Configuring and installing various network devices ( eg routers, switches, firewall, Wifi controller) and services ( VPN site to site, SLL VPN, QoS, etc.) with multiple brand such as Cisco, Mikrotik, HP, Fortinet Performing network maintenance/incident handling, troubleshooting and also system upgrade ( service packs, patches, hotfix and security/hardening configurations Have a Cisco certification or Mikrotik certification will be advantage Create daily/weekly report related network performance and system availability
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledge of Network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, etc.) Experience in Basic installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) based environments Experience with Server Monitoring systems Experience with Backup System Experience with Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) - Cloud Knowledge (AWS-Azure) is a plus Have a good English proficiency
