DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Be knowledgeable about the product Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems Answer questions about the products Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Be able to work and communicate as team with other departments Creative in finding new approach & strategy to grab the market Highly motivated, target driven, and hardworking in finding new leads and clients Willing to learn and discipline to use online database system (CRM System) and attendance system (absensi online)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must have undergraduate degree (any major/discipline) Age: 21 - 30 years Candidate must have his/her own transportation vehicle Must have spoken and written Indonesian & English Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Confident, determined and self-assured Target Oriented & Commission Reward System Familiar with social media as digital sales/marketing tools
