DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Bertanggung jawab atas performance sales team Mensupervisi dan memotivasi sales tim untuk meningkatkan performance penjualan tim Mengontrol, guide, dan evaluasi performance tim sales Bertanggung jawab atas target penjualan perusahaan Menyiapkan laporan daily/weekly sesuai yang dibutuhkan perusahaan Melakukan riset dan survey terkait project Berkomunikasi dengan Developer untuk kerjasama penjualan project
REQUIREMENT

Aged of 40 years (maximal), Dress neatly Graduated from reputable universities Degree in marketing or business major At least 5 years-experience in Marketing & Communication in property industry Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and able to work in a team Excellent skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal Must be a creative, self-motivated individual who is also a team player Possesses the initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
